you neet to delete files from you computer that create your TZ program all times when you connect to internet.
i have .bat file that do this, i'll try to load it soon or you can write me your mail and i'll sent it to you.

If you want TimeZero to have an access to the network , for example to get information using UDP port, you can add at the end of your hosts file this line
127.0.0.1 extranet.mytimezero.com
Hosts file is situated in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
And after you can remove the firewall block for Timezero, so it can access to UDP, TCP connexions to get the NMEA sentenses.
